The Best "Worst Hair Experience" Contest- Free African Pride Giveaways

Do you remember the time when you thought that your hair needed a little spicing up so you decided to dye your own hair, and what you thought was a soft red, ended up being bright fire red?

Do you remember when you first wanted your hair to be longer, so you decided to get a few tracks of weave glued in, but the person that did it got it stuck in your hair. It took all night and tons of jars of grease to get it out?

As women, we have hundreds of bad hair days and go through millions of hair care products just to get that perfect look. Well its time to be rewarded for all the time and effort it takes to look fabulous everyday!

African Pride and Keeping Up with the Huxtables have teamed up and present The Best "Worst hair Experience" contest.

Here is how it works:

1. Tell us about a time where you felt like you might have had your worst hair experience. Briefly outline in detail what that hair experience was like. (This can include anything from the time you used a bad product to the time when you cut your own hair, come on we all have one of these stories)

2. If you can, include pictures to highlight the experience.

3. Submit your entry to bwomack@imkeepingup.com

4. All submissions will be reviewed by the Keeping Up team and the staff at African Pride.

5. The person with the Best "Worst Hair Experience" will be chosen and announced at the end of the month.

6. The winner of the contest will win a Nice African Pride product package! (So free hair products ladies!)

The contest will go on from August 4th to August 25th, 2008. Winners will be announced the first week in September. So submit, tell a friend to submit, and check back to see if you are a winner!

With the many other products that African Pride has out on the market, they have been among the few companies to create products that have actually been made to help manage the beautiful textures of hair that Black women have. Keeping up with the Huxtables would like to congratulate African Pride for their continuous research and development on ways to help Black women "Keep Up" with fabulous hair!
