Young and Keeping Up- Rachel Brown

A teacher turned music artist says that her goal is to inspire her listeners through her music. Sounds like to me we have found another person that is Young and Keeping Up!

Born in Lufkin, Texas, Rachel Brown was signed to Urban Music Group in 2007. Rachel became recognized due to the success of her CD entitled "Love, Life & Relationships" and her hit single “Let’s Fall In Love Again,” which reached #1 on the Billboard R&B Single Sales Chart in the spring of 2007.

Rachel is an up and coming R&B singer/songwriter that has been praised for the positive messages that she promotes through her lyrics. Lines like, "I got to learn to love me before I try to love someone else", from her song "Learn to Love me", are lyrics that help her reach her goal of becoming a positive role model for women.

Rachel Brown has played with artist such as:

Mario, Tank, Franky Beverly & Maze, Keith Sweat, Noel Gourdin, Lenny Williams, Calvin Richardson, Confunkshun

Rachel has quickly learned that once you start KEEPING UP you must help others Keep Up. This holiday season Rachel wanted to bring a holiday cheer to a special family. On December 15th she donated a $250 Visa gift card to a special family this Christmas season in hopes of brightening their holiday.

Keeping up with the Huxtables would like to say congrats to Rachel for all of her success so far and good luck in her future endeavors. A special congrats for making the list of Young and Keeping Up.

We encourage you to check out her personal website @http://www.rachelbrownlive.com/

I am glad that yall are enjoying her! We do not hear positive messages very often. I hope that she inspires others to go in her direction. It is our job to support people like this so that others see that this is something that we want to hear.
