Mexico issued a hurricane watch for the southern portion of Baja, meaning hurricane conditions are possible within 36 hours. A man who called the police reporting the dead bodies of his family members found in their mobile home in Brunswick, Ga, has been arrested on charges of evidence tampering and lying to police, but no suspect has been named.
