I know now more than ever everyone is trying to join the blogging world. Some people are also trying to drive as much traffic as they can to their site as possible. I know I also wanted to know how often I should post throughout the day. After reading many articles, I find that to get maximum growth, post multiple times per day to drive the most traffic (3-5 times or more is considered best).
You want to give people a reason to come back often. Why would they come back if the same article has been up for weeks or even days? You want to remember you are like a newspaper where people are constantly seeking your point of view. Determine your goal, and if it is to drive constant traffic, consider posting throughout the day or at least once a day.
-Keep Up or your traffic might never grow! (especially if you have something wonderful to share)
